Programs Case Coordinator for Employment Services and IRT

In her role as Programs Case Coordinator, Beth interfaces for screening potential
clients and coordinates rehabilitation and information services. Before coming to Bosma, Beth worked in aerospace in Southern California as an Industrial Engineer and Quality/Corporate Auditor. In that role she evaluated processes for improvement opportunities and compliance to government, Federal Aviation Administration, and company requirements. This background gave her experience coordinating with multiple departments and people while organizing and documenting information.
