Contact Center Solutions Manager

Helping people develop to their fullest potential has been Brenda's focus in her prior experiences. Brenda is responsible for managing Bosma's local Contact Center and Bosma's employment opportunities at Humana Military in Louisville, KY. Her experience as a public classroom teacher coupled with being manager of a local call center provide her the experience to inspire and direct her team to provide excellent customer service.

Brenda and her husband, Joe, live on the southwest side of Indianapolis.   They are actively involved at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Greenwood.  Brenda and Joe have two grown sons, Kevin and Kyle.   Each son and daughter-in-law has three children; time with family is enjoyed most.  Hobbies include exercising, reading, gardening, travel and following the Indianapolis Colts.
