“Not only am I given the opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge, I am given the opportunity to succeed after eleven years of unemployment."
You could say that Carol Ramsey brings more than just charm and personality to AccessAble Printing – that is because she also brings talent, skills and dedication. A friend to all, Carol is known for her bubbly humor.
“Sometimes I go out on the production line to joke and be silly with my friends,” says Carol, Printing Production Supervisor at AccessAble Printing. “Communication with all different kinds of people in the company is what I love most about my job.”
Not only does Carol maintain the upmost positive attitude, her daily devotion and enthusiasm continuously shines through her work.
Five years ago, Carol originally came to Bosma Enterprises as a temporary worker. After Carol’s work was done at Bosma Enterprises, she devoted her time back towards her family until Carol was informed of several positions opening up at Bosma Enterprises. Shortly after Carol put in her application, she was hired on full-time in the food room.
Carol worked as a supervisor in the food room and then was given the opportunity to work in AccessAble Printing as a Document Preparer and Imaging Operator for the past year. Because of AccessAble Printing, Carol received a promotion to Printing Production Supervisor.
“It seemed like it was my destiny to come back and work,” says Carol. “I am very grateful for my job at AccessAble Printing.”
Call it destiny if you wish, but co-workers and peers recognize it as hard work.
“In just the five short years I have worked for Bosma Enterprises, I have been given the opportunity to grow and utilize my skills,” says Carol. “I have really been given the chance to try different things.”
What makes Carol unique is she never stops pursuing her goals and passions. From her family to her work, she devotes all of her efforts into doing her best – and has a little fun along the way.
“AcessAble Printing allows me to provide for my family and I thank each and every business that helps me do this,” says Carol. “Not only am I given the opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge, I am given the opportunity to succeed after eleven years of unemployment.”
