Payroll Manager
Dinah Thompson came to Bosma in February, 2011. Over the years her title has changed several times – from Staff Accountant to Senior Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager to Payroll Manager – Dinah is definitely experienced and skilled in her field. DInah's first duties at Bosma Enterprises was to work with the ADP implementation team to switch Bosma’s payroll processing over to ADP’s software. Since then, Bosma has added several other ADP software applications and updated applications and Dinah has been involved with each implementation. Bosma has more than tripled in the number of employees since Dinah began.
In addition to payroll duties, Dinah's other main duties consist of being the Accounting Department liason between Bosma 1 and Bosma 2 for deposits, compiling data and submitting quarterly reports to NIB and INARF, various accounting duties, and working closely with the Human Resources Department. Dinah enjoys working at Bosma. She feels each employee is unique and values the friendships she has made. Dinah enjoys talking to the employees and finding out more and more about them. She strongly believes in Bosma’s mission and works hard to make it happen.
