Employee Relations Manager

 
As the Employee Relations Manager at Bosma Enterprises, Everett provides input for the implementation and direction of the company’s performance evaluations, serves as an intermediary in disputes between employees and managers as well as serving in an advisory capacity when dealing with the company’s disciplinary processes. Everett also serves as the liaison for transportation between IndyGo Fixed Route Services, IndyGo Open Door Services, Bowman Cab and Bosma Enterprises. Other duties include overseeing the operation of the Bosma Independent Living Store and the Bosma Wellness Center.

Everett was responsible for program development and implementation as well as human resources issues. He served as a representative for employees as well as the school in matters related to discipline. Everett also served as the community outreach director, volunteer coordinator, recreation and facilities coordinator, affirmative action coordinator and school safety coordinator.

Everett enjoys music, especially jazz and classical, sports, watching old movies and traveling (only if he can drive) to watch his youngest son, who is a member of the LA Dodgers. Everett and his wife Joice are the proud parents of six children, Meegan, Joyce, Darryl, Meade, Tiffany and Cory and have 14 grandchildren.
