Human Resource Manager

Joseph Matlock is a 1986 graduate of Ball State University and has worked with individuals with disabilities since the early 1980’s.  He came to Bosma Enterprises from the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired where he was employed for 14 years.  While at ISBVI he worked in the Residential Services Department helping students learn and maintain independent living skills.  Joseph believes that using his gift of service to help others lead a satisfying life is his greatest reward. Joseph is proud to be a part of an awesome team that is helping fulfill the mission of Bosma Enterprises.
