Manager, Bosma High Five Bistro

Josh Engle’s lifelong love of cooking intersected with years of experience in restaurant management to make him uniquely qualified to head up the new Bosma High Five Bistro. Having completed training in the Bosma Rehabilitation Center to adapt to vision loss from cataracts and Retinitis Pigmentosa, Josh worked as a volunteer in the Center before being hired as Manager of the Bistro in November 2009.
