Customer Service Supervisor

Kim began her employment with Bosma Enterprises in 2006 working in customer service and accounts receivable/collections. As a result of her hard work, Kim has since been promoted to Customer Service Supervisor.
She is responsible for supervising nearly all customer service daily operations, maintaining accounts receivable and collections, as well as, following up on customer complaints.
