Executive Administrative Assistant
to the President and CEO

It seems like only yesterday Kim Retterer was working at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired.  She had volunteered and worked there for 25 years and thought she would work there forever.  In 2001 Lou Moneymaker, the new President and CEO came to Bosma Enterprises and asked Kim to become his Administrative Assistant.  Kim left her children - sadly - and then found that many of her "children/students" were adults now and working at Bosma Enterprises!  She had found her second home. Kim works with all the employees at Bosma Enterprises - and directly with Lou Moneymaker, President and CEO. Kim works with the Bosma Enterprises Board of Directors, NIB, NAEPB, INARF, QWE, G4, Legacy Group and so many other organizations that Lou has joined and committed his time to.

Kim loves her 8 nieces and nephews - Jaime, Molly, Joe, Caitlin, Tom, Lindsay, Ellen and Rob and her dear sweet Great Nephew George. They are the love of her life!
