President & CEO

As President and CEO of Bosma Enterprises, Lou Moneymaker enthusiastically leads a team of people dedicated to the goal of eradicating the 74% unemployment rate among Hoosiers who are blind or visually impaired. Consequently, Lou takes advantage of every chance he gets to educate the public about the abilities of people who are blind or visually impaired.
True to his name, Lou has turned Bosma Enterprises into a “money maker.” The organization’s production facility generated nearly $22 million in revenue in the last year and approximately 85% of Bosma’s production employees are blind or visually impaired. Lou has created a culture at Bosma that continuously reinforces the belief that given tools and opportunity, everyone can live up to his or her potential.
