Senior Manager, Warehouse & Distribution

Nell oversees Bosma’s warehouse operation and a staff of 13 employees. In her five years at Bosma, the team has shown much improvement in the team concept, becoming an effective cross functioning organization. Most recently, a warehouse management/barcoding system has been implemented. The use of handheld computers and this system has significantly improved the operation in order turnaround time, reduction in errors, and a more efficient work process.
Ultimately, the new system has allowed us to begin to employ warehouse people who are blind and visually impaired. This system is voice activated and the technology has paved the way for employment opportunities for all. The warehouse team also partners with Orbis International.
