Preston began at Bosma in the production area and quickly progressed into sales as the first visually impaired customer service representative. He has a vast knowledge of our products and services which he utilizes to provide efficient customer service to seventy-five percent of the inbound call volume. He is the initial point of contact for electronic image orders, record maintenance and customer grievances.
Experience
Preston comes to Bosma with occupational experience in automotive repair, medical transcription as well as commercial and residential ceramic tile installation.
Education
Preston has a general education development diploma degree. He has basic and advanced adaptive computerized training at Crossroads Rehabilitation Services. Preston is proficient at both JAWS and Window Eyes screen reading software.
Preston is the proud father of Preshay, Precious and Preston Jr. and has four grand children. Two major accomplishments while at Bosma was the second employee of the year in 2003 and has acquired two certificates in computer technology from the Hadley School for the Blind. Preston enjoys working with youth as a minister for seven years. Preston is an example of the mantra “lives a productive, constructive life - no matter what circumstances or obstacles come your way. He continues to enjoy doing many tasks such as disc jockey, grilling, and home improvement as a home owner.
