Senior Customer Service Manager

Sandra Peña has been a part of the Bosma family for ten years and has risen to the Senior Customer Service Manager. Her responsibilities are to manage the activities of the customer service department, which is the customer ordering process from the beginning to end. She also handles customer questions and concerns, and processes invoices and payments, making sure that all accounts are accurate.
Sandra has acquired a range of experience in this field for over twenty years. She started as a restaurant manager, and then moved on to the industrial sector before coming to Bosma.
Sandra is an Indiana native, grew up in Indianapolis and attended Indianapolis Public Schools. She is a mother of four children, three girls and one boy, and has eight grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with them on the weekends. Her hobbies include going to museums and festivals, learning more about the various cultures that inhabit our country, and taking in the history behind them all.
