About Bosma

Rooted in more than 100 years of history, Bosma is one of the Midwest's largest nonprofit organizations providing employment and training for people who are blind or visually impaired. We believe opportunity improves lives now and for generations to come.

Bosma operates three unique, mission-driven brands:

Mission

To create opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

Vision

Equality for people who are blind or visually impaired.

Bosma Enterprises

Bosma Enterprises is our business entity. We partner with socially responsible companies that have a focus on supplier diversity. We help them expand their sourcing options with high-quality goods and services. These partnerships create jobs for people with vision loss who would otherwise face a 70% unemployment rate.

Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions

Bosma’s Center for Visionary Solutions, located in Indianapolis, serves hundreds of clients each year all over the state of Indiana. Our experienced staff, more than half of whom are blind, offer personalized programs ranging from counseling, to job placement, to training for daily living skills. These initiatives help adults gain the life skills they need to remain independent and the job skills they need to stay self-sufficient.
