GROWING OUR IMPACT BY IMPROVING OUR PROCESSES
At Bosma, we are always looking for new and better ways to advance our mission. Over the past year, our staff placed a significant focus on process improvement with six Six Sigma projects. These projects looked at various areas in the organization from the way we package our gloves to the amount of storage on our networks. In all, these projects saved over $200,000 a year.

BOSMA CENTER FOR VISIONARY SOLUTIONS' IMPACT IN 2023

MEETING THE NEEDS OF HOOSIERS WHO ARE BLIND WHERE THEY ARE
The Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions is the largest and most comprehensive provider of vision rehabilitation and training in Indiana. This past year, the Center expanded virtual training allowing our team to reach even more people with vital services. This allows people who may have transportation challenges to still gain valuable training. If you would like to be a part of our mission and support the programs of the Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions, you can make a gift to the Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation to ensure these programs continue at little to no cost to our clients.
