We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest- based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI's website.

However, we do not currently sell data governed by Nevada’s opt-out requirements.

Appeals And Complaints

In some circumstances, we may deny your request to exercise one or more of the rights described above. If you disagree with our decision to deny your request or any portion of our request, you have the right to appeal our decision within 60 days of receipt of notice that your request has been denied. If you submit an appeal to a denied request more than 60 days after you have been notified of our decision to deny the request, we may deny your appeal. If you submit an appeal, we will respond within forty-five (45) days of our receipt of your appeal.
