Loss of vision shouldn't mean loss of independence and equality. Bosma's Community Employment Services Program dedicates itself to decreasing the 70 percent unemployment rate among individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
Being a good employee isn't hard for people who are blind or visually impaired. Unfortunately, finding meaningful employment is. At Bosma Enterprises, we're dedicated to changing that. We can assist you in preparing for, securing and retaining employment.
Our employment specialists also work with employers to make recommendations for appropriate adaptations when hiring or retaining an employee who is blind or visually impaired. Bosma Enterprises' staff can also provide education and training and address concerns of employers
and coworkers.
