Career Coaching and Job Placement
Our employment services support adults at every stage of vision loss, whether you’re new to the journey or have been navigating it for years. We offer career exploration, job matching, skill development, assistive-technology consultation, wage and benefits planning and ongoing coaching – always building on your unique strengths.
Our Process
Your journey begins with an assessment of your needs and goals. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include training, technology instruction, job-search support and placement assistance. Our team stays with you every step of the way, offering guidance as you build confidence for the workplace.
Eligibility for
Adult Employment Services
Adult employment services are available to Indiana residents living in Marion or its contiguous counties, ages 18 and older, who are experiencing vision loss. Our services are available at little to no cost to you. Our team will help you determine your eligibility and plan your next steps.
