Business Operations Update

Bosma Enterprises continues to monitor and respond to the COVID-19 situation, including guidance from theCenters for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), along with state and county health departments.

Given recent developments and the executive order from Gov. Holcomb, we have made several adjustments to our business operations.

Updates include:
- All facilities closed to outside visitors
- No business travel
- Remote work for authorized employees
Product fulfillment and contract packaging operations – including ordering, packing and shipping of medical and health/safety products – remain open to ensure our veterans and healthcare professionals are served and protected.
The safety of our employees is paramount as we navigate this time. Throughout the crisis, we have taken major steps to keep them safe and healthy and continue to adjust based on federal and state government guidelines.

As of today, glove volumes are at normal stocking levels and we are continuing to process and ship orders without interruption to our VA and State Use customers.
To ensure the safety and integrity of the supply chain, Bosma Enterprises is implementing a provision in our pre-established business continuity plan. Effective immediately, we have instituted an allocation for Prime Vendors, VA and Indiana State Use customers. This allocation is based on a customer's purchase history, by location and product. If you should have any questions, please contact our customer care team at 800.362.5463.
Additionally, we are unable to accept orders from resellers/distributors until further notice. Regretfully, we also cannot accept any new customers at this time.

Rehabilitation and Training Programs Update

We have suspended all in-person rehabilitation training for people who are blind. We have stepped up efforts to ensure we are able to provide training online and via telephone. If you or someone you know need help finding resources or could use someone to talk to, click here for a list of Bosma Enterprises’ resources.

During this time, our training and resources are more important than ever. As reported in the national news, this pandemic has put an extra burden on people who are blind. Additionally, our normal funding sources do not support online and telephone training. We need your help to ensure we are able to provide these programs during this time.
